Tech Week 2024 Esports and Vex Robotics Competition
Highlights from this year’s TechWeek offering comprising Esports and VEX Robotics Competition at Tūranga Library. 25 Vex Teams competing in Robotics. 8 High School Valorant teams and many young Rocket League teams from Cobham and Breens intermediate. Fantastic turnout and lots of very positive conversations with parents as they saw the social benefit of esports for non-traditional sport students. The fun, social aspect, team work and inclusivity benefits clearly evident.
